My childhood looked something like this: family trips were to the Adirondacks, with a car full of s’mores ingredients, sleeping bags, and firewood we picked up on the way to the campground. I only remember two family trips that weren’t camping, and one was to Colorado. Now an adult, I recently relocated to Colorado for the opportunity to adventure, and of course camp.
